Sample Print to review proofs before

jobs in the device for fast, on-demand
printing. Use PDF Direct Print to send
smaller files to the printer without opening

and administrators can adjust settings and receive e-mail system
notification alerts.
• Conveniently program jobs from your desktop with Lanier’s
icon-based Refined Print Command Stream

(RPCS) driver.

• Protect unauthorized distribution of printed documents by
embedding messages or patterns that appear if a document is
copied on the latest Lanier systems.
• Temporarily store sensitive documents in the Lanier LP145n
until released by the user at walk-up with Hold Print or
password-protected Locked Print. You can also use Hold
Print as a virtual mailbox.
• Add even more security with the DataOverwriteSecurity System
(DOSS) option that automatically overwrites data on the hard disk.
